For newly formed corporations and limited liability companies after January 1, 2024 you have 90 days to file.

The time will e 30 days normally and seems like a phase I. Period.

What happens if I don't file? is their a Fine?

A willful failure to file is a $500.00 per day fine and can be criminal. I think there is a $10,000 maximum penalty. Determining if its willful means you knew you had to file and still failed to file.
